hypersensitivity to noise and light

Hello does anyone else get this where every noise little or not really drives you insane and like you can feel it vibrate through your head and light where you can't watch tv cos if the flashing lights? Just wondering if this is a symptom of anxiety thankyou

I have had both of these with two different causes, do you get a headache with either? Sensitivity to light and sound are common features to migraine headache, and flashing lights can be happening as part of an aura connected to migraine headache, with or without pain. Hope this helps.
