So I constantly seem to have some form of bodyache, so I could be lying down back feel my back is stiff, massage where hurting and then this pain could then cause a shooting pain to my head causing a headache, then rub my head to relieve the pain and this can cause a pain down arm or somewhere else. Does anyone get this if they try and relieve muscle pain from massages or finds massaging help symptoms?:shrug:
