Id like to gain some weight as have lost quite a bit over the last year of quite intense Anxiety.

Any good tips on what type of food / exercise I should be looking at . Are these protein drinks any good , or only if doing loads of gym work ?

The best thing to do is ask your GP for a referral to a dietitian who can help and show you what to eat etc.
