Hello.
Today I experienced a situation that I only experienced once before. As an (health) anxiety sufferer, I have a lot of trouble with my sleep (vivid nightmaters, fragmented sleep, moving a lot in my sleep, I'm also pretty sure I have some sort of sleep apnea), and today when I was drifting in the morning, going from waking up to sleep again (repeat), there was this moment, when I was in this semi-dream/dream state, and I experienced this weird nausea feeling.
When I woke up, the feeling subsided and eventually disappeared completely.
Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?
