I just looked at back of throat and saw red spots all over in the place within the space of 20 mins went from enjoying the world cup to panic thinking i had throat cancer. I just went down to doctor and he said its just an allergic reaction, he check my heart rate which was like 90 didnt even realize i was panicking like that, but doctor then drops the "oh i remember you, you had a panic attack in here i helped you last time. It's fine because he was nicer enough, however its a shame that i am beginning to know every doctor by first name and they seem to recognize me like its that girl coming in again. It gets to a point where i am like embarrassed and ashamed to go but only thing that reassures me. I wish I had a local pub I am sick of having to go to doctors. just wanna let my hair down another day another illness! guess its just something i got to accept! I hope i aint the only one that go's to my doctors or the time if so probs need to rethink my trips..:blush:
