I just discovered a lump on my neck a day ago, My grandma had lymphoma so I am pretty paranoid about developing it. I have been feeling around with it all day, it is not very large and it is only visible if I crane my head all the way to the right. I have also noticed that it moves with my skin, if I pull my neck skin it moves with it. Could this be a lymph node/lymphoma? I always thought they were not attached to the skin.
