IpHi all I'm quite new to this site and posted a couple of times , not sure what it is I'm looking for , but suppose it's reassurance or hearing from people who have same symptoms. I posted earlier with a ramble of many different symptoms " health anxiety at its worst !
I went to doctors today I'm going for an X-ray on lungs this week to rule out lung cancer hopefully . Then next week I'm going to go back doctors then explain about my health anxiety and hopeful start some form of cbt which I desperately need . I havnt asked for it before as I thought the doctor would not believe anything I went in with after he new I suffered with HA. But changed my doctors who are a lot better so feel like now is the time to get thing sorted . Just concerned that once they know they won't believe me if I have any weird & wonderful symptom. Has anyone else got experience of this . Or does cbt work that well you don't experience symptoms ?? X
