Achey arms and legs

Anyone else suffer from heavy achey arms and legs?? Like they feel have weights on the sometimes. Dr assures me it's anxiety related. It does come and go but very annoying. Feel like I've run a marathon and listen heavy weights.

I get this too! Feels like my legs are carrying weights and I cant move them freely. It comes on randomly and makes me FREAK! It does seem to pass though so I try not to focus on it otherwise itll hang around alot longer!
