New symptoms all the time

Help ..... I've posted many times about being unable to breathe and taking deep breaths ...... Together with pghlem in throat .....

I am also sleeping on my sofa at the moment and have been for past six weeks because my dog has had puppies (6 of them) which are stressful too but I am now terrified that the fact I keep making myself cough and have got a dry scratchy throat and now feel all my back and chest are stiff - could this be through constant anxiety and making myself cough or I'm thinking lung cancer and absolutely going mad with worry - please help and tell me that I am not alone with these symptoms x

It's unlikely lung cancer but if you have a persistent cough you should visit your GP. Try a honey and lemon warm water drink. Additionally, if it's a dry cough them perhaps a humidifier in the room you sleep could help? Also, you may have an allergy to the dogs which is exacerbated given you have 6 of them. Bet they're cute though :-)
