Hi all,
Firstly, I used to use this site as a lifeline years ago. Not only did it save me many times but I met some wonderful friends.
I have been emetophobic since early childhood. Probably caused by a negative experience I have since blocked.
I have been managing well with the support of my fiance.
The other day he got home from an overseas asia holiday. I dont like to travel to asia because of the risk of illness.
This afternoon he came down with diahorrea and vomiting. I am a mess. I have had to stay at a friends place but am barely holding it together. I havent experienced my anxiety this intense in many years and im terrified. Everytime I start to calm down I think im going to catch it and it starts all over again. I cant eat or sleep and honestly dont know what to do. I would love some support from others that understand. X
