I'm Back

I haven't been here for so long, things were going great got myself off of all meds (still not on any) but Panic symptoms are back and have been for awhile.

I refuse to go on any meds (not saying there bad, just personal preference) I'm going to continue to deal with the scary symptoms and I'm sure I will be posting and asking questions to reassure myself what I already know but it's comforting knowing I'm not alone and I will continue to battle this horrible disorder until not if I beat it, when I beat it and learn to accept once again, so I can get back on track and start living a normal life.

We a all have slip ups, I've gone a few months in a good state but then sudden panic attack and back to square one.
