Got a book recently "Unlearn Your Pain" by Dr Schubiner. With regards to how the mind creates pain and when all the test come back negative or Dr's diagnose a chronic condition how your brain will start to cause you more and more pain over time. The book informs you how to unlearn your pain and retrain your brain in a 28 day programme. I decided to read and record the first 2 chapters as the information is invaluable. The first 4 chapters are the facts and descriptions of past cases, medical studies, medical essays etc. After that is the actual self help part.

The reading isn't perfect, couple of..."distractions".
