help plz anyone

I went to speak to my brother and my speech got slurred and it was as if an elastic band snapped in my head making the whole leftside of my face twitch....

I'm in full blown panic attack

Shaking
Cold feeling on scalp (left side)
Jelly legs
Facial twitching
Fuzziness
Feeling like I'm going to pass out or take a stroke....

Please someone help... What could this be....?

Petesy.

Thanks for your replies, aprilmoon and Mrs stressed

I'm sitting at the edge of my mother's bed like a half shut knife, dizziness is bad..

My g.P has prescribed me diazepam 2mg..don't want them to make my head feel any weird than it is... But I can't cope with this.. Arrrrggghh!! Spasm in my hands and forearms, is freaking me out!!!

My family are calling me into the living room and I don't feel like letting my kids see me trembling with fear... I feel like I'm watching myself sounds daft I know like a dream oh shit this is not good.... Don't even know how i've managed to write this far my hands are cramping..

In laments terms "totally sitting my drawers"

Petesy.:WTF:

Why don't you take some long deep breaths and go in to your family and get a big hug off your kids, the contact with them will make uyou feel less shut off,and that's what tiu need to feel.
These feelings will pass soon,
Try and distract your mind,
Try counting the patterns on the carpet or the wall, count something, get your mind distracted,
You can talk on here about some random thing if you want, just start thinking of other things,I know its hard.
What plans have you got for the weekend with your children?

Taking them to the cinema to see the new transformers movie...and this comes along and I don't want it and won't let this stop me I can't make a promise I can't keep..

Sounds great,bet they'll love it
Costs a fortune though now doesn't it,best to take your own sweets and stuff like that, their prices are rip off.
This won't stop you Petesy, its just a blip OK?
You'll be feeling a lot better soon.
If you had to rate how you feel on a 1 to 10, what would you say you're on now?

The moment that these sort of feelings feel at their worst,is the very moment that they start to lose their power Petesy.

Aww bless her. Other people do understand, especially children. If you need to cry, don't hold it back.. sometimes it helps to let it all out.
