as some no we cremated my grandson yesterday just 5months old today we bury is ashes but before i do that i have to go visit phycitrist first time in years but i just want to get better not sure wat he can do to make that happens at min vere anxiiouse my face feels hot so i am thinking omg blood pressure must be up churning stonoch feel sick help xxx

Please know that under circumstances like that it is normal to feel that way. I'd be worried if burying his ashes made you feel nothing. But this is something that is not supposed to happen, you know? It's something shocking, awful, etc and of course you are anxious and stomach churning.

I'm so sorry about this ... I hope you are hanging in there.
