A lot of people have posted on here about feelings of lightheadedness and/or dizziness. I haven't experienced true dizziness myself (as in....the world's spinning etc) but I have had a fair amount of trouble with lightheadedness and generally feeling woozy/like I have to move slow just to be on the safe side etc.
I have some meds for this (Prochlorperazine) but if I can I'd like to find something herbal. Just wondered if anyone's found anything that helped in any way?
I ordered some ginger extract tablets from a health products website I use and have been trying these for a couple of days. No probs yet but it's very very early days. Apparently they're meant to be good for motion sickness....just wondering really if anyone's found anything that's worked or even if anyone's used ginger extract?
