New here...was wondering if anyone with S.A.D. has had success with cognitive therapy while using cipralex? I've started weekly sessions as well as 10mg of cipralex each day after years of refusing to take medication but I'm desperate to be able to live a normal life without being held back by my anxiety. Hoping to hear success stories/how long it took you to feel a difference with the medication.
