panic and relationship problems

I've been with my fiance for 8 years. He has depression and so do I. Mine is under control but his is not. He is up one minute and down the next. We were fine this morning themat dinner he just completely changed he went quiet, gave me one word answers and when I asked if I'd done something wrong he asked me why it's all about me. I don't know if it's just a man mood or something more serious. I'm just really panicky at the moment cos I don't know what's wrong with him. He just went out in his car for two hours and I've no idea where he is.

If I were you and knowing he can have his moods I'd assume, until told otherwise, that it's not anything you've done and just give him a bit of space with it and be there with a smile if he wants to talk about anything.
Maybe he'll clear his head eventually and act like nothing happened.

But yeh, until told otherwise, assume its in no way because of you.

Enjoy the peace while he's out ! Get your TV programmes on and your feet up !
