Not quite sure where to start really, after 10 months of feeling like I've been pushed between pillar and post And varying symptoms I had another ultrasound done on Tuesday (a T/V one) and the sonographer said I have a swollen uterus with a small fibroid.
Since then the panic attacks have reared their ugly head!!!!! I had a review with my GP on Friday and have been told I have Adenomyosis. Of course I googled the condition and feel worse for doing so. In my head it's enlarged because I have cancer!!!!!! (I'm 41 with 3 children). I have a small fibroid in my uterus but not large enough to cause the bleeding apparently. The sonographer and doctor said not to worry but of course I am and I've been referred to a gynaecologist.
I can't stop panicking, I really want to hold it together but I'm finding it a real struggle.
