Anxious about Certified Letter

I wasn't home when the mail came and had a notice that I got a certified letter I had to sign for and to come pick it up at the post office. Because of the timing, tomorrow is the first day it would be available to pick up.

I'm nervous because I have no idea why I would need to sign for something. I keep thinking am I being sued? Did I mess up my taxes? Am I being fired? I have no idea. No reason I should be getting this. It didn't say who it was from.

Hm, that's interesting. Didn't think of that. I haven't ordered a new one, but I do have one that expires at the end of the year. I'm not sure.

The only other option people say is inheritance lol but nobody has died recently in my family. Maybe somebody is sending me some cash (that's what I'll tell myself).

Ended up just being some policy changes that were made at work... they wanted to make sure everybody got it.
