Hi everyone,
I have been really struggling with my anxiety again, so I decided to go ahead and join this site. I have been dealing with it for as long as I can remember, but it ebbs and flows in regards to severity. Just turned 30 and I think that was a trigger. I am from the US, and just in general anxious about everything but health anxiety is what seems to be plague me the most. First visit with my new doctor next week. I hope he is able to help me.
