Just when you thought you beat it.....

Suffered with panic for many years...... and for about 3 years was on SSRI's and about 6 month ago I stopped it all and felt great.
BUT
It's back, worse than before...... Going to go back on SSRI's for a while

What am I talking about - Panic/Anxiety - Waking up hot, nauseous wanting to run, call an ambulance..........tight chest, tingling in my arm....
Been for 10 ECG's over the years.........Stress tests, blood tests............... (please cut me some slack - anyone)
