New person

[Nuggets]

I have been suffering with anxiety and panic attacks due to work related stress for about 12 years. Finished work moved over to Turkey with my wife to try to live a less stressed life. Lots has happened some good some bad, I will try to get the right answers and support from this site to enable me to live a good quality life.:)
