Just need some help!

Hi. So I'm kind of new here but I'm freaking out and would like some help from some people. I was at work today and there was this meat that was bad and out of date. I wrapped it up and set it aside immediately washing my hands afterwards. At the end of the night after talking to my boss I threw it out holding the meat with the Saran wrap on top of it. I didn't wash my hands after and then I went home and ate pasta, but while fixing my food I grabbed my pasta with my hands. I'm scared that now I'm going to get sick and I can't seem to calm down.

If by now you're still fine, then it's most likely ok. And if you mean you picked up the pasta before it cooked then the water it boils in would sterilise it anyway. I panic about food a lot, and to reassure myself I just wash my hands in doubt. Although this can become very obsessive, so do it in moderation!
