So starting therapy today and a bit nervous , any one got any good reviews ?
Hi,
It really depends on the type of therapy you're having.
CBT is the one i've personally found most useful over the years, but i've tried almost everything and what works for one may not be as helpful for another.
Good luck, don't be nervous. Afterall, they're there to help you and hopefully overcome this thing.
