Hi there,
I recently joined after 3 months of bad anxiety following ongoing stressful events.
I have developed bad health anxiety due to the physical symptoms.
The worst thing for me, is the lightheaded, jittery feeling and having read some of the post around derealisation I think this is what I have been experiencing but wanted to check.
I often will go outside and my vision changes, not blurred but everything seems too bright, too much, not in a agrophobic way I don't think but I feel really spaced out. It happens a lot in supermarket, I will just find my eyes can't cope with all the things, long distance is worse..although sometimes reading is difficult too. Had eyes tested and fine.
It's a really hard sensation to explain, I just feel really off and out of myself, almost like a drunk feeling with brain fog across my eyes. I will also be talking to someone and suddenly not feel I am really there.
Is this symptoms of anxiety/derealisation etc? Any thoughts much appreciated.
