Hi everyone. I stumbled across this site and I am amazed at the description of anxiety attacks. I suffered from for years in my early 20s but hadnt had symptoms for years. However the loss of my mum earlier in the year and the recent collapse of my relationship brought back that spiral into darkness I used to get. I am glad there are people to share my experiences as I have kind of felt very alone with this, as the person I would always talk to was my ex girflriend, and I cant really lay these feelings on her anymore. Anyway, this was a quick hello and a heart felt thank you for all the information on here.
