Gas type symptoms

For about three. & a half weeks I've had gastric symptoms. I think it had something to do with DELIBERATE weight loss which involved big diet change & my stomach is sensitive. I was getting gas pressure under breasts going around to back. I have NO pain , just gastric distress. Now I'm still getting symptoms , but milder. & VERY gradually fading, but it's taking a while. Pressure is not going to back as much & if it does it passes quickly. Does anyone else get anything else like this? I just feel so anxious. I wish my stomach were not so sensitive. It always has been. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thank You !

Hi Violet, I am going through the same thing.When the gas builds up wow it makes you feel like your going to explode.I have had this for a few weeks as well but some very smart person told me its all part of the anxiety path,When I am overwhelmed and stressed my guts just give me issues even trying too eat is a chore.
