Hi All,
I am back from holiday, and back to work (was dreading it).
The past few days I have had a cramping feeling/pain in my left leg mainly but has also been in my right leg.
I have also had hip pain.
I'm worried this is DVT.
Can anyone give me advice?

To add to this, it hurts more when I move my foot around.
Should I book a doctors appointment?

Oh, and I have also had tingling in both legs, mainly my left one again.
I sit down most of the time and work in an office.
I read somewhere that these can be symptomless, so my anxiety if flaring up now.
