Hi I'm new!

Hi my name's Viv. I live in Dorset with my husband and 2 boys. I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for about 8 years, since my children were born! (They're really not that bad!).

I had a period of agoraphobia which lasted about 6 months but managed to pull myself out with the help of a psychologist and medication.

I am just going through a bit of rough time at the mo with anxiety and I'm hoping for a bit of extra support.

Welcome to NMP, this is a good place to be and I'm sure you will get lots from it. There is lots of advice and support in here...and a whole heap of people who know exactly what you are talking about.

This is always a bad time for anyone with a bit of anxiety with so much pressure on for 24 hours a week on Monday!!

My partner used to work in Lyme Regis many years ago...nice place.
