Anxiety and pregnancy

Hi everyone I just wanted some opinions, me and
My hubbie are trying for a baby , I'm worried my anxiety will get worse with all the hormones, hubbie wanted to wait until I'm a little Better but I'm 34 and obviously will be to old soon x

I suffer from ha and when I was pregnant felt at my best! Being under a doctor and nurse supervision for 9 months kept me feeling very safe actually! I also felt like my body was doing what it was built to do and felt good doing it.... Just my own personal experience

I was fine with my first pregnancy but my second (I'm 20 weeks now) happened unexpectedly a couple of months into my health anxiety. It's been really tough but I think life would have been anyway. The body changes in pregnancy can cause a bit of anxiety though x
