chest pains

new symtom stabbing pains in my chest feels like i carnt breath back pain neck pain head feels heavy. went to the doctors today they checked me over and said its anxiety and the loss of my child who was still born. iv never had this type of symtom before. the consent pains anyone who can relate

I definitely get random aches and pains that have sent me into panic before. I once had some chest pains that I went to hospital with, but turned out to be nothing. Now I try to be rational and know that if I just wait and stay calm, they will fade away.

I have had these. It currently feels like I have pulled muscles in my chest.

The worst thing is the fear that it's something heart related. I keep googling it to reassure myself that other people get chest pains as an anxiety symptom too.

I'm so sorry about your child.
