After a few weeks on wondering what to do, ive decided to come off citalopram. I didnt feel like it was helping me at all and it made me feel worse at times and i was getting so so angry with everyone and it just made my head feel more of a mess than before! It did help at first when i was at a really low point but now i feel like i can just come off and seek other ways to help my anxiety...not trying to mask it with meds. Has anyone else had problems with citalopram or decided to come off medication?
