Weakness/Stiffness

Does anyone get weakness in their arms and legs, like after you lift heavy things for awhile, and your arms get stiff and weak? They also cramp for short periods of time, like a minute maybe. Same goes for my legs, mostly just the weakness though.

I'm in the middle of a scare due to tetanus, which i likely don't have. but good ole anxiety still makes me worry about it. So tonight i'll be taking valium. (which i also hate)
