hi I have no external stress in my life but because my anxiety symptoms produce so many real sensations im constantly convinced every days my last day

how do I recover when just as I get used to one symptom that goes and another one comes ?

I also now have gerd which causes a whole load more symptoms

any advice appreciated

Have you tried CBT?

They have a course somewhere on this website - it is about re-training your thinking in aid to improve your anxiety levels and cope better.

It is baby steps and you have to take every day at a time.

the horrible thing about anxiety is that one day you could be great and the next day it hits you - it's about dealing with these days!
