Hello,just joined to exchange experiences n info with others who may be in a similiar boat as it were.I'm 38 and have GAD and depression currently taking pregabalin 300mg per day for GAD and just started venlafaxine 37.5mg twice a day for depression.hoping that making contact with others will help me n vice versus

I'm a newbie myself but this site is full of lovely people.
