Not doing very well this morning

Morning nmp,

Not doing to well this morning :-( woke up at 4am sweating and in a panic about what I do not know. I have now moved on to be totally convicted that's me a goner this time I'm going to die. I came down on Wednesday night with a blocked nose and yesterday I felt like crap gritty throat fatigue blocked nose.
Still got these symptoms but my right nostril is now bleeding when I blow now.

I don't know if subconsciously at this time of year I freak out 22nd July 2010 my best friend died from a addisonial crises (Addison's disease) she was revived but is now permenantly disabled :-( so maybe my Brain thinks something is goin to happen.

Sorry for the ramble at nearly 5am guys but needed someone to talk too

My sister went through everything youre going through, and she went to a heart doctor and he said that it was all because of anxiety, and now shes taking cipram or cepram ( I dont know how its spelled) and shes feeling way better and all of her symptoms are gone.
Just calm down youre gonna be fine

I know exactly how you are feeling, i am totally convinced im dying from cancer just cant get it out of my head. Its horrable x
