In my kitchen now and it feels like it must be 30oc+!!!
Give me a mild, rainy, autumn day any day!!! :D
Sticky, sweat pouring off of me, not enough air to breathe, the humidity is hostile to say the least!!!

Yep... I already feel mentally uncomfortable in a lot of situations... Now with this heat, I also feel physically uncomfortable as well!

:shades:I find that drinking lots of water helps. Becoming dehydrated is not a good thing when you suffer from Anxiety.

Also been in a kitchen since 7 30. Took the temperature in there at 8am and it was 32 degrees celsius.

Yep, can't stand this heat. I really hope it cools down soon, just so my anxiety lowers a little. I hate the nights too, feel very uncomfortable, constantly sweating even after showering and struggle to sleep, oh the joys of summer lol

This heat and humidity certainly doesn't help! My anxiety is already playing up & feeling uncomfortable & stressy about how hot I am doesn't help. Makes me feel all panicky. :lac:

Oh goodness that does not sound pleasant! It's a lovely cool 17c up in the north of Scotland but with bright sunshine. The perks of living up north!

Not long to go, everyone! Usually August in the uk feels pretty autumnal to me and it's nearly August now!
