Hey all


Just wanted to share another personal success of mine....today, after many a weeks fretting and contemplating...I finally went back to the gym!

Yes to begin with I felt like poo...looking at all the fitness bods that have no weight to lose (I am definitely not a stick insect)....but I put my music on and just went for it....and I feel pretty good.

And to top it off....I asked at reception about getting a personal trainer (and got the lovely price list)....another thing I have been contemplating and winding myself up over not doing.

So yea....Happy Friday all :)

Well done I recently joined gym again too ... I think it's really helping with my anxiety... Happy Friday to you too

I joined one in January and I have to say it has helped. If anything, definitely helped my self-esteem and also I do find it helps me feel better if I have had an anxious day.

Went back today....and booked my personal trainer for Tuesday!!!.....Yes I'm crazy...so I may as well be thin and hurt as well as be crazy!

Good job, it is worth it!! Even if I don't feel like going, when I make myself I feel really accomplished.
