Last two days!?

These last two days I have woken up and my nose had bled straight away upon waking. Starting to worry about it now .
I know high blood pressure can be a cause and was worrying I could have a heart attack lol.

Emma nose bleeds are quite common and it doesnt indicate you have a illness your nose is full of blood vessels ,my brother suffers with them and he is fine ,im sure you will be fine love xx

Perhaps dry sinuses in this heat! i tend to get them in winter when the house is closed up and heating is on during the night. Keep a glass of water next to your bed and if you wake up in the night feeling stuffy, take some sips.

My Partner gets this quite a lot and according to my Mum, it is safer for the nose to bleed than stay inside of you. My Partner says it is pressure that has built up, he always feels better after. My Dad had it too for many years.
