Hello everyone, im wondering if anyone experiences face flushing , even though your not anxious . Of course that in turn makes me worry and feel im dying . Its difficult because im currently on vacation and my anxiety is creeping up. I know i have gerd but its hard accepting everything is anxiety . Maybe its my poor diet :/ . I think anxiety can make you flush , I have flushes but that's my menopause .
