Hey all.
I had a major panic attack 4 months ago. The next day I felt a dull pain in the middle of my left chest.
I also experienced arm numbness on the same side.
The more I use my left arm the worse it gets. Also if I smoke tobacco it gets worse as well.
Could it be that I injured an intercostal muscle or nerve from the initial panic attack.
I have improved over the past few months as panic symptoms lessened. But things are still unstable from emotional point. Any emotion/thought r scenario bring more pain and numbness to that specific point in my chest.
its very interesting.
will keep working on it.
Thansk and love to all.
