Hi, I need some help but don't know where to turn. I've had anxiety for 10 years, I'm a 27 year old man. 5 months ago I split with my girlfriend of 9 years, we have a 5 year old son. She knew of my anxiety but never knew fully how much of a support she was, I'm really struggling at the moment, she has moved on with someone else and has nothing to do with me and I am left as a weekend dad, which I'm finding so hard, I love my son and ex but I can't cope at the moment with everything. I tried to hang myself but panicked and couldn't and I just don't know where to turn anymore. How do I deal with this?
