ive been on citalopram for about 5 years but dosnt seem to work for me anymore. only been on 20mg but i dont really wanna go any higher or anything eles
wen i forget to miss it i get bad withdraw symptoms

can anyone give me advise

I'm on 40mg citalopram and have been for 9 months not so bad and works for me or it maybe time to chat with your doc about a complete change.

As mark said we all have down times but if it feels more than this it is time for a chat with your doctor
