Feeling relaxed all the sudden

Does anyone experience random relaxation like you took something for your nerves but you didn't? It's happening to me right now and it's so strange I am so relaxed.

A few times I have felt relaxed and then gotten anxious because I never feel relaxed!!! It's like my body is afraid of being relaxed.

Yes, I will get relaxed but I think its just so bone ass tired for me lol.it is nice though,its like the body is saying oh oh I am not supposed to be like this and bang here comes the fear and so much for the relax.
