Hello.
I have this sharp pain from the back of my thigh right down into my calf and my ankle feels stiff. Its really worrying me and Ive been lying in bed for literally 4 hours trying to get to sleep but I cant.
The pain is mainly in the back of my calf. I havent been overly active today, I went up and down stairs alot but thats about it.
I have to get up for work in 3 hours to do an 11 hour shift. Dont know what to do. Help please?
