For the past 4 days I've been having mild headaches that go away. But tonight after coming across something about a brain tumor. My health anxiety sparked up. And viola I started getting a headache. The pain would be about a 4.5/10 compared to the headaches I've been having these past 4 days. My fear now is the headache worsening and actually turning out to be a brain tumor.
The thought of it makes me feel even more sick.
This all started out with my neck. It felt stiff and sore. My back also hurt yesterday. But now all of that is gone and my main fear is these headaches.
I have a list right now of what my headache could be caused by
-Eye strain from using my phone all the time plus not wearing my glasses like I'm supposed to
-tension
-stress
-anxiety
But my mind likes to think the worst. So now I'm extremely afraid of the headache becoming worse and start developing other symptoms.
