Stupid fear of next door neighbour

I have a very stupid phobia of my next door neighbour. There is no real substance to this phobia but remains with me.I s there any body with suggestions to possibly assist.

What does the phobia involve ? Is it something he`s done/said ? Is it just coming into contact with him and having to make small talk with him ?
Has he done anything to cause the phobia ?
Anything in particular about him that bothers you ?
