Wrinkly palms, strange sensation in legs and overall sense of being sick?

Hi,

I have been noticing that my fingertips are wrinkly, and yet I have not had them in water, so I assume it's my hands sweating? But they have been like this for months now. Also I feel them quite tense, like, tight when I spread my hands.

Also, my legs have been feeling extremely nervous in the last days. Like, I need to move them constantly because the muscle is achey/bothersome.

I have had a CT scan with iodine contrast, and it has given me some diarrhoea/lose stools since Saturday now. Could this general feeling of malaise be part of the same elimination process?
