Heyy!
As some of you may have read on my previous thread .. I had a drs appointment on Monday to get results of a FBC, blood film, urine and stool samples, a renal and abdominal scan and a breast exam ... All were completely clear!
But I still can't shake the feeling something is wrong with me as I'm tired and achey and have hip and leg pain (granted this could be from half marathon training and a lot of walking this week!)
And now I'm worrying that there's something wrong with my boyfriend ... I was freaking out last night cause he always burns and has a dint on his shoulder!
I just wondered if anyone can share any tips on how to beat these morbid thoughts .. My dad took a pic of me yesterday and I though 'this could b the last one!' How awful is that!?!
I want to enjoy life and am doing an online cbt course but I just wanted to get that off my chest.
