neck stiffness from 1month

I have sore throat ear jaw and back head pain from many months. But now from four or five weeks i am relizing neck stiffness that is going worse with .my neck cracking when i turn it to side to side. Anybody alse have these problems?

Same as me my neck is bloody killing me its stiff 247 feel like I want to crack my neck

Are u also have any throat symptoms?

Have you seen a doctor? It'd be a good start to see your GP or any doctor really just to make sure you don't have a throat infection/virus/flu if you've got a sore throat/ear and some stiff muscles. If you've already seen a doctor and been given the okay, it may just be a stress reaction. Anxiety and stress lead to muscle tension, which can result in jaw, neck and head pain, as well as general muscle stiffness in those areas. In some cases, the throat can flare up and become sore in response to stress as well. However, it's always a good idea to see the doctor before you put anything down to anxiety/stress.
